I want to critique one point, "a significant portion of male transitioners are autogynephilic". This study is not studying male transitioners as a whole, it's a very specific subset, so it's not at all representative. It would have had to include people who didn't detransition as well as those who did, and it would have to be a randomly drawn probability sample. It could be that autogynephiles are more represented in detransitioners, though? Also, I'm not sure it's clear that saying you had erotic reasons for transitioning makes you an autogynephile.
