Thank you for taking this on directly. I think this precisely the way to do it. No apologies, no hesitation. If you encounter any problems, know that therapists have successfully challenged the constitutionality of "conversion-therapy" bans in various federal districts, and there are impact-law groups that would likely represent you if need be.
